You can use ClamWin Free Antivirus in a popular archiver WinZip. You can scan files inside archives by selecting Virus Scan from Actions menu or by pressing Shift-S

Open WinZip and go to Options-Configuration Menu, then click on Program Locations tab.

Then specify the following parameters:

• Scan Program C:\Program Files\ClamWin\bin\ClamWin.exe
• Parameters --mode=scanner --path="%d" --close
